So much attention has been paid to H.R.3200 and the Baucus bill that the HELP bill has been largely ignored. Now this other Senate bill becomes very important.

This version has not been accepted by the Finance Committee nor the gang-of-six members and there are positive and negative sentiments being expressed from both sides of the isle.
