Apparently, a Virginia man is unhappy with the GOP options for Presidential candidates. Matt McKillip has decided to draft the candidate he believes is the right man for the job: Governor Mitch Daniels of Indiana.
McKillip has started the website https://runmitchrun.com/ in the hopes of gaining enough signatures to persuade the Hoosier State Governor to enter the 2012 Presidential contest.
According to the site, “Since 8 p.m. EST on January 21, 6,565 Americans have signed” – as of 11:22am Eastern Time.
Will enough signatures be enough to convince Governor Daniels to run? Will American voters have enough time to learn who and what Mitch Daniels is? Given the high rate of disdain for the current GOP candidates that many are expressing on social media sites, at this point, anything is possible
