Head Of Democratic Party Directly Contradicts Reid On Need For Senate Budget

Last night on “On the Record,” DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz contradicted earlier statements by Majority Leader Harry Reid that the Senate’s Democrat majority did not need to write and adopt a budget plan this year (after not having done so for over 1,000 days).
