My Mother, My Biggest Supporter

On this Mothers Day, I am reminded of something important. That is my mom has been my biggest supporter. That is why this will be an open letter to her.

Mom,

Through out the years, I have made many mistakes, struggled, and been lost in finding my purpose in life. Throughout that time you have continued to support , encourage, and offer me guidance. In all that time, I have never truly showed you appreciation for being my biggest supporter. I apologize for that. You have shown me more support than anyone in the family and I should show you more appreciation for that. Thank you for your past support and your support in the future.

As the day progresses, today, I pray you have a wonderful day, are blessed by the family, and enjoy yourself with us. You deserve double the love, support, and blessings you have been giving us, for years to come.  Please know, as I get my life together, finally, my biggest desires are to make you proud, be the success I know I can be, and be able to give you the support & love in return, that you have given me.

I love you MOM.

Your UNDESERVING Son,

John

P.S.

Thank you for not giving up on me when others in the family told you I should be locked up because of the emotional issues I had.
