Buzzards circling Clinton presidential campaign

Recent polls and signals from democratic party insiders are increasingly indicating the Hillary’s second run for President may end up much like the first.

A newly released Rasmussen Reports survey shows that almost half of those asked said that Hillary should suspend her run for the nomination:

Growing national security questions about Hillary Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server during her time as secretary of State are drowning out much of her message as a presidential candidate and causing many of her fellow Democrats to worry about the future of her campaign. Is it time for Clinton to put her campaign on temporary hold?

Voters are almost evenly divided on that question: the latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 46% of Likely U.S. Voters believe Clinton should suspend her campaign

Clinton’s campaign is suffering under the weight of the recent email server scandal and earlier issues with Huma’s pay, accusations that she used her State position for monetary gain, Benghazi and a largely ineffective term as the U.S. Secretary of State.

Democrat leadership is clearly getting nervous about Hillary’s ability to win in the primary or general election. It is increasingly appearing that V.P. Joe Biden is being encouraged to challenge Clinton. CNN reports that unnamed democrat sources state that President Obama is giving Joe the nod:

Vice President Joe Biden received President Barack Obama’s “blessing” to make a 2016 bid for the White House, according to a senior Democrat.

But that’s if Biden chooses to run — the decision is his. While he doesn’t need the President’s permission, of course, a potential presidential candidacy was among the topics of their lunch Monday at the White House. The President made clear he would not stand in his way or counsel him against a run, the senior Democrat said.

The excitement over socialist candidate Bernie Sanders demonstrates a pronounced “anyone but Clinton” atmosphere among Democrat voters. With Biden possibly throwing his hat in the ring, the writing may be on the wall for Hillary.

Political polls have focused on whether GOP hopefuls could best Clinton in the general elections, with the buzzards circling her dying campaign, perhaps those questions will get a tweak as well.
