Tropical storm Erika is gaining strength and is now expected to be a strong tropical storm as it makes landfall on Monday afternoon somewhere in Southern Florida.
Perimeter winds from tropical storm Erika are currently forecast to start brushing the southern tip of Florida between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning.
