Backlash against Carly Fiorina’s #Rosebowl pander

Stanford grad and presidential candidate Carly Fiorina is the target of social media outrage after she jumped ship on her alma mater.

Fiorina is campaigning in Iowa ahead of next month’s caucus vote. While many candidates use ethanol as the typical pander to Iowans, Carly chose the Rose Bowl. The reaction was quick.

If the backlash wasn’t enough, the internet followed it up with the meme #carlycurse

With Carly’s support the Hawkeye’s suffered a devastating 45-16 loss to Stanford and twitter found a way to measure the defeat politically.

Alas, Ms. Fiorina is used to backlash over her actions. Who can forget the worst political advertisement EVER?
