Trump Iowa Debate boycott event ‘for veterans’ [Video]

Donald Trump is hosting an anti-debate rally on January 2i8th at Drake University running at the same time as the Fox News Debate.

Live Broadcasting TV is posting the event with the description “Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump skips tonight’s GOP debate to host a benefit for U.S. Veterans at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.”

Trump planned the event after deciding to boycott the Fox News debate after the news agency published a statement ‘ribbing’ him.

Whether the event pulls viewers away from the 9pm Fox News airing or gives other GOP candidates a chance to re-take some of the oxygen Trump has been sucking up remains to be seen.
