Minnesota Democrats effort to kick Trump off the ballot fails

The Minnesota Supreme Court ruled against the Democrat Farmer Labor party of Minnesota in its bid to have Donald Trump and Mike Pence struck from the 2016 election ballot in their state.

The court ruled that the plaintiffs delayed far too long which would have placed an undo burden on the State, voters and State GOP.
