National Hurricane Center Map of Matthew Shows New Land Mass Near Orlando

Sooo, either NHC servers experienced a hiccup or some sort of inter-dimensional shift sci-fi thing happened during hurricane Matthew.

Note: Yes, we realize that the cause is an anomaly in NHCs code where the loop around track of Matthew creates a gap in the cone – still funny, or cool, or weird. Then again.. if it’s really an inter-dimensional anomaly .. we’re all doomed.
