Federal judge ends Michigan recount

Federal Judge Mark Goldsmith has effectively ended the Michigan recount.

Judge Goldsmith is the same judge that ordered the recount to start 2 days earlier than Michigan law permitted, but in a full reversal, the judge has dropped his decision which will end the recount.

On Tuesday, the Michigan appeals court ruled that Jill Stein could not request a recount as she was not an “aggrieved” candidate because she only pulled in 1% of the vote.

On Wednesday, the Michigan elections board met and said that if Goldsmith quashed his own ruling, the recount would end.

Jill Stein’s money-hungry donation operation is appealing to the Michigan Supreme Court which will assuredly bring about another request for donations, that won’t be refundable and may or may not actually go to this recount effort.
