WATCH: Amazon Prime Air Makes First Customer Delivery – Sort of

Amazon is gearing up to deliver small (less than 5lb) packages to customers within about a 3-mile radius, as long as they are willing to hunt around in the yard for their package(s).

The initial test deliveries were in England and obviously the technology has a way to go before it drops a bag of Doritos at the back door of your Superbowl party, but it is a sign of what’s to come and how automation will replace low-skill workers.
