Yeah… Something is up with CIA and DNI heads refusing to testify to Congress on supposed Russian hacking

A narrative is being floated saying that Russian hacking caused Hillary to lose and it stinks of the same ideological, political antics that the Clintons, Rep. Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Harry Reid and President Obama have been guilty of for decades. Now that the CIA has made public comments in the media, Congress wants them to put some money where their mouths are.

We’ve written about the shortcomings of the alleged Russian hacking claims and the fact that the CIA chief and Director of National Intelligence have both refused to appear before the House Intelligence Committee, but somehow the narrative is that the unsubstantiated claims of a politicized CIA (whose chief reports to Obama) are true and Trump is an illegitimate president.

Other than never-Trumpers, criminal aliens, the media and those that were “with her”, who the heck believes that this ideologically and politically motivated garbage is anything more legitimate than the fake recount scandal in Wisconsin which served only to net the Green Party millions of dollars?

The emails that were released to the public from WikiLeaks likely had some impact on the election. Those emails came from Hillary campaign chief John Podesta’s Gmail account after he unwittingly fell victim to an all-to-common phishing attack. Someone asked him for his password and he gave it to them. Yeah.. that doesn’t take a sophisticated cyber-warfare operation to accomplish.

Democratic campaign chairman John Podesta reportedly received a message claiming to be from Google in his inbox in March warning him of a breach.

The email told him he needed to urgently change his password.

Computer technician Charles Delavan was forwarded the email to check whether the message was legitimate.

“This is a legitimate email,” Mr Delavan responded.

“John needs to change his password immediately.”

But Mr Delavan has now revealed that was not supposed to be what he wrote and he knew it was a phishing attack and he had regretted the mistake ever since.

If the claim is that the Russians were responsible for the hack on the DNC email system that outed Democrats as screwing Bernie Sanders out of the nomination, perhaps Democrats shouldn’t have actually screwed Sanders out of the nomination.

The DNC decided to use underhanded tactics to get Hillary elected and it hurt them once their base found out.

WikiLeaks claims that they received the DNC emails from an insider that was “disgusted” by the lack of ethics in the DNC.

A Wikileaks figure is claiming that he received leaked Clinton campaign emails from a “disgusted” Democratic whistleblower, while the White House continued to blame Russian hackers Wednesday for meddling in the election and asserted that Donald Trump was “obviously aware” of Moscow’s efforts on his behalf.

Craig Murray, former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and a close associate of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, said in the report by the Daily Mail that he flew to Washington, D.C. for a clandestine hand-off with one of the email sources in September.

He said he received a package in a wooded area near American University.

“Neither of [the leaks] came from the Russians,” Mr. Murray told the British newspaper. “The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks.”

Since the CIA and DNI won’t come forward to substantiate their claims to Congress, the allegations should be regarded as baseless and political. The U.S. Intelligence heads need to put up or shut-up.
