Tucker Carlson asks Connecticut Governor Malloy to explain why he told his state’s leaders not to enforce federal immigration laws.
The governor evaded the obvious truth by saying that by ignoring federal illegal immigrant detainer requests, he is “not making it any easier for anyone to stay in our state.”
Later in the interview, Carlson points our Malloy’s hypocrisy as he uses the 10th amendment to protect his illegal immigrant stance but refute’s states’ rights over the silly bathroom guidance put in place by Obama and stopped by the courts.
Is Malloy wrong or is the 10th amendment an a-la-cart amendment to apply only when social justice requires?
