President Surprises Tour Group After Official Reopening of Public White House Tours

President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump today announced the official reopening of public tours at the White House.

As a special surprise to one of the first groups to enjoy the tour, the President made an appearance and was received with a welcome rivalling the Beatles.

Public tours must be requested through Members of Congress, and requests may be submitted up to three months in advance. Tours are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis.

Tours are self-guided, last approximately 45 minutes, and are available during the following hours:

  • Tuesday – Thursday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM
  • Friday-Saturday from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM

Further details, including what visitors will need to access the White House campus, can be found at the White House public tours website.
