White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer briefs the press on the issues and events of the day.

The briefing is scheduled to start at 2:30 pm eastern time, but the secretary is often 10-20 minutes late.

The CDN live stream will start approximate 10 minutes before the scheduled start.
