Apple released a set of videos to demonstrate how to take a variety of pictures using the iPhone 7 Plus. One video demonstrates how to take a great portrait with Apple’s newest device.

The video explains that first, the phone’s camera app should be switched from “photo mode” to “portrait mode.

Portrait Mode uses the iPhone 7 Plus’s twin-lens rear camera setup to create an artistic depth effect where the subject is in focus and the background is blurred.

The second step is to wait for the depth effect blur the background, then just take the picture.

This feature requires the dual camera setup available only on the Apple iPhone 7 Plus.

Other videos available HERE, give simple instructions on taking close-ups, vertical panoramas, action photos and more.
