Gloves are off in Georgia Special Election as New Video Uses Scalise Shooting

It looks like Principled PAC isn’t pulling any punches in the June 20 special election in Georgia’s sixth district.

The group has released a video entitled “Stop the Violent Left” featuring video of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise being wheeled away on a stretcher after a left-wing nutjob shot him. “The unhinged left is endorsing and applauding shooting Republicans,” the video asserts before asking “when will it stop?”

The group claims that this kind of thing will continue if Jon Ossoff is elected. Seriously? While I don’t want him elected, I don’t think Ossoff is going to recruit a band of assassins to go after the GOP or do much of anything that will encourage the shooting of more Republicans.

This is the kind of over-the-top rhetoric that pushes someone like James T. Hodgkinson to create a kill list, stalk a baseball field for two weeks and then shoot people.

I want Karen Handel to win, but I don’t think this is even remotely necessary to make sure it happens.
