Report: Shooting Victim Rep. Steve Scalise back in Intensive Care

House Majority Whip Steve Scalise is back in intensive care after having been shot by a left-wing nutjob last month.

Doctors treating the congressman have downgraded his condition from “fair” to “serious” after he contracted an infection.

Scalise is being treated at Medstar Washington Hospital where he has undergone several surgeries. As patients have more invasive procedures performed, infection becomes more likely.

Rep. Scalise was shot when, James T. Hodgkinson, a Sen. Bernie Sanders fanatic planned and executed an attack intended to kill as many Republicans as possible.
