George Clooney Directed Movie to Exploit Racial Tensions for Box Office Bucks

Hollywood’s war on President Donald Trump is shifting into propaganda mode now that enough time has passed for projects to be approved and movies and television shows to be made.

One of those who has a vested interest in sticking it to Trump, is Hillary Clinton fundraiser and all-around big shot George Clooney.

It was reported that Clooney and his wife recently decided to move back to the good old U.S.A. along with their newborn twins because it was safer than living abroad with the spate of terrorist attacks. In America, guys like Clooney are idols to domestic terror groups like ANTIFA and as a liberal, nobody ever suggests that he has no right to free speech.

Clooney made a big splash at the Venice Film Festival on Saturday when he debuted his newest movie and collaboration with the Coen Brothers, “Suburbicon” which has a sinister racial aspect to it that will only further cement the image with his followers that Trump supporters are white supremacists.

The movie is billed as a look at the dark underbelly of 1950’s America and while the Matt Damon character’s sinister scheme is the focus, there is also the subplot of a black family moving into the idyllic neighborhood and being attacked by an angry mob of white people.

According to Variety:

Clooney keeps it all nice and tight. He also — eventually — makes the film’s racial theme pay off, though for a good while what happens to the Meyers (Karimah Westbrook and Leith M. Burke), the first Negro family to move to Suburbicon, almost seems to be taking place in a different film.

The couple have purchased the house next door to Gardner’s, and in their adjoining fenced-in backyards their son, Andy (Tony Espinosa), strikes up a tentative acquaintance with Gardner’s son Nicky. But to put it as simply as the movie does, the Meyers are tormented and terrorized: by a smug mailman, by the manager of a supermarket who basically tells Mrs. Meyers she can’t shop there, and by a vast group of “concerned citizens” who rise up against them in full, ugly, white-supremacist fervor.

Clooney speaks of his project via USA Today in an article entitled “George Clooney debuts ‘Suburbicon,’ calls it an angry movie for angry times”:

Affable, handsome George Clooney was all charm at the Venice Film Festival on Saturday, but don’t be fooled.

The actor says his latest directorial effort, Suburbicon, is an angry movie for an angry country — his own. It’s a twisted tale of darkness at the heart of the American dream.

“A lot of us are angry — angry at ourselves, angry at the way that the country is going, angry at the way the world is going,” Clooney told reporters Saturday in Venice, Italy, where Suburbicon is competing for the festival’s Golden Lion prize.

“It’s probably the angriest I have ever seen the country, and I lived through the Watergate period of time,” he added. “There is a dark cloud hanging over our country right now.”

America’s divisions give an unnerving timeliness to Suburbicon. The satirical film noir stars Matt Damon and Julianne Moore as residents of a seemingly idyllic — and all-white — 1950s suburban community that erupts in anger when a black family moves in.

It fuses a script by the Coen brothers with a narrative about racial divisions inspired — in a negative way — by Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.

It’s pure incitement of the simmering racial tensions in 2017 America thanks to the Democrats, the media and their Hollywood buddies like Mr. Clooney. Fortunately, since it’s a Coen Brothers movie, it will have a limited audience due to their quirky style having a limited appeal.

Joseph Goebbels himself would be proud.
