Fox News Host Eric Bolling‘s son, Eric Chase Bolling, Jr., has died according to reports.
Chase, 19, died on Friday night, journalist Yashar Ali reported Saturday.
Fox News personality Sean Hannity gave his condolences shortly afterward.
TMZ reported that Chase committed suicide.
Fox News announced yesterday the canceling of Eric’s “Fox News Specialists” show and that he would be leaving the network after accusations of sexual harassment had led to an internal investigation.
“We are very saddened to hear of the passing of Eric Bolling’s son,” Fox said in a statement. “Eric Chase was a wonderful young man and our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Bolling family.”
Chase was studying economics at the University of Colorado at Boulder and was the only child of Eric and Adrienne Bolling.
