The most recent polls show that embattled U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore’s lead is growing in Alabama despite constant negative attention by the mainstream media.
A JMC analytics poll released Wednesday put Roy Moore up by 5 points over Democratic rival Doug Jones and an Emerson poll released Tuesday put Moore up 6 points.
A new Emerson College poll in Alabama finds Democrat Doug Jones trailing Republican Roy Moore 53% to 47%. The poll was conducted November 25-27 and a margin of error
of +/- 4.3 percentage points.
These more recent polls show Moore increasing his lead. Last week’s WRBC/Strategy Research poll only showed Moore up by 2 points.
The Real Clear Politics average of polls now has Moore up by 2 after a brief 10-day period with Jones holding a slight edge.
Moore is running for the U.S. Senate seat vacated by Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
