Contrary to the Watergate scandal where President Richard Nixon got himself into trouble and eventually resigned from office for his cover-up efforts following a non-important crime of breaking into a Democrat office in the Watergate complex, the apres-Obama Democrat party seems on the verge of destroying their party for covering up their illegal attempts to remove Donald Trump from office for a crime he never committed: the Russian collusion lie.
They are now in the process of trying to explain why the FISA court was given only an incomplete summary of their suspicions about Trump’s fictitious dealings with Russia prior to the 2016 election, and why they depended on a document that had been written and paid for by anti-Trump people like Hillary Clinton. They are now in the Nixonian position of having to cover up their own crimes, that were committed in order to convict Trump of his non-existent crimes.
