When Supposed Adults and Responsible Teachers Manipulate Children

When emotion overcomes logic, reason and experience, as is currently happening with some surviving students of last week’s Florida school shooting, teachers and parents should do all they can to soothe and calm them and appeal to reason and logic in handling their misery. Instead we’re seeing just another liberal form of child abuse, this time coming from the Democrat party. These already stressed-out young people who survived the shooting are being encouraged in their rage and their youthful emotional outbursts, via financial support from liberal Democrat donors, to march on the Florida legislature and demand an end to gun ownership in America. This type of mass, hysterical assembly was last seen when American liberals, at that time assembled by CNN and MSNBC broadcasts encouraging all good Democrat protesters to attend anti-Trump demonstrations and show their hate for him, were knowingly or unknowingly following the orders of Russians trying to undermine our system of governing ourselves. Liberal politicians were all over Donald Trump for the lie of Russian collusion, until it was learned that Russia placed the idea of protest marches where it would be fallen for by the most immature people: the liberal network press.

In western society it’s the adult role to explain to young people that emotion is not a path they want to follow or argue, and adults are supposed to help them understand the illogic of some of their positions’ emotional origins. Unfortunately, following the Florida shooting last week, the Democrat party moved immediately, efficiently and successfully (keep in mind the Russian bots that liberals allowed to trick them during and after the 2016 presidential election?) to organize survivors of the horrendous shooting, and paid for their transportation, food and lodging while they lectured the Tallahassee legislators with their leftist, gun control demands. One would be safe to doubt that the organizing Democrat functionaries would allow any young person to board the bus to the state capitol who wasn’t already persuaded to the left on the subject of gun control and an end to the second amendment protection of gun ownership.

Vladimir Putin would be proud of the Democrat attempts to get rid of self-defense weapons in America, because that’s exactly what happened in Russia as soon as the Communists took over that nation and began killing their opponents. Old Vlad, had he been in Florida last week, couldn’t have done a better job himself at organizing anti-American forces, and in fact one would not be surprised if he were not in collusion with a few leading Democrats and didn’t have a hand in this subversive scheme.

Although it’s completely understandable that the surviving Florida students would express emotions and insist on a stop to the killings, teachers and politicians alike should have explained the impossibility of halting such events in a free nation that has constitutional protection for gun ownership. However the teachers’ union is a slave to the Democrat party, so only political solutions favored by Democrats, aided by Russian bots, is what was allowed on the busses, and only leftist, emotional pleas were made to the Florida legislature.

One might well consider this treatment of students to be child abuse, and the Florida students were let down by teachers in their hour of need and distress.
