While rabid Democrats attack ICE for family separations (which ICE has nothing to do with) the border patrol is continuing to get the job done on the U.S. southern border.
While UPI isn’t really sure what to call them, they did report that U.S. Customs and Border Protection, a.k.a. the Border Patrol, has stopped several human smuggling operations at border checkpoints from June 30 to July 5.
In five separate incidents, the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol [sic] arrested nine U.S. citizens who allegedly smuggled 64 undocumented immigrants across the U.S.-Mexico border over the past week, the agency announced Thursday.
The UPI story also missed a Border Patrol report about stash houses in South Texas where their agents rounded up even more illegal aliens from Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico.
On Monday [July 2], Border Patrol agents, working in collaboration with the Hidalgo County Constables Office, Precinct 4, identified a suspected stash house operating out of a residence in Donna, Texas. The individuals located inside were from Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.
The Border Patrol didn’t release exact numbers, but we have asked for them in a clarification request.
Other stories UPI missed were about USBP’s takedown of some violent gang members, and another truck involved with human smuggling.
Another one they missed:
There were more, but you get the point. The media has no interest in raising border partol agents or ICE agents to the hero-level that they deserve. That’s why CDN covers illegal immigration so closely. These men and women are heroes protecting our sovereign borders and they deserve every ounce of attention the media can muster.
