Rush Limbaugh: Transgenderism and Feminism Aren’t Compatible

On his nationally syndicated radio program Monday, host Rush Limbaugh said that transgenderism and feminism are incompatible.

Discussing a story from PJ Media in which feminists clashed with transgenders at a London pride parade, Limbaugh stated, “Feminism and transgenderism are incompatible if you stop and think about it. Feminism and transgenderism are incompatible, but the left has decided to roll ’em all up under the gay rights banner.”

Rush Limbaugh’s comments come after feminists and transgenders clashed at a London pride parade sparking attention worldwide on the so-called ‘tolerance’ of the move pride movement. At the parade, lesbians led the way in attacking transgenderism. “Transactivism Erases Lesbians!” read a banner at the parade reports PJ Media.

 “Elsewhere in the leftist cultural center, it is already beginning to happen. I have here in my formerly nicotine-stained fingers a story from the PJ Media: “Lesbian Feminists Clash with Transgenders at London Pride Parade.” Now, you might be saying, “Rush, that’s London. What’s feminist clashing with transgenders?” What it is is two radical leftist groups arguing with each other. That’s what it is.

“Feminism and transgenderism are incompatible, if you stop and think about it. Feminism and transgenderism are incompatible, but the left has decided to roll ’em all up under the gay rights banner. This had to happen. And let me give you a shining example. There is some transgender movie out there that I guess is filming, and the lead role has gone to Scarlett Johansson. She’s going to play a transgender character.

“Well, the only problem is she isn’t trans. She’s cis, c-i-s. See, we know these terms here. We are on the cutting edge. Cisgender means you’re normal. I’m sorry. Don’t look at it that way. Cisgender you’re born as a guy, and you know you’re a guy, you’re happy to be a guy, and you’re a guy, so you are cisgender. If you’re transgender, you’re born a guy but you don’t like it, you think you’re a girl, you wish you were, so you take steps, get a chopadickoffamy operation or whatever, you become a girl. That’s transgender.

“So they’ve got a cisgender actress portraying a transgender, and the transgender actress lobby, the transgender actor lobby is livid! I saw this on one of my tech blogs. The tech blogs are livid. The long knives are out for Scarlett Johansson. She’s got no business playing a transgender because she isn’t one. I said, “Wait a minute. It’s acting.” I mean, none of these people are who they really are. I mean, somebody playing a farm wife is not really a farm wife. They’re acting.”
