The Senate will convene at 9:30 a.m. EST Friday and, among other business, will vote on ending debate on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
The vote is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and is widely expected to pass along party lines. Today’s vote will set up the final confirmation vote that is expected Saturday.
