President Donald holds a Make America Great Again rally in Columbia, Missouri, Friday evening to support Republican candidate Josh Hawley who is tied with Democrat incumbent Senator Claire McCaskill, according to the latest poll.
The president’s endorsement, his previous rally and the Kavanaugh Effect seem to have propelled Mr. Hawley to a position where, if Trump supporters turn out to vote, he could garner an unexpected victory over a Democrat that has long-needed replacing.
Claire McCaskill voted against confirming Justice Brett Kavanaugh, supports a ban on popular firearms, wants the government to regulate firearm magazines, and she shares former president Barack Obama’s views on just about everything.
