Watch: Chicago Police Press Conference on Smollett Arrest

Chicago police officials brief the media on the arrest of “Empire” actor Jussue Smollett.

Smollett was indicted Wednesday night for disorderly conduct in relation to his alleged filing of a false police report detailing an alleged hate crime.

Superintendent Eddie Johnson and Commander of Area Central Detectives Edward Wodnicki will brief reporters on the investigation before Smollett appears in court for his bond hearing at Thursday afternoon.
