President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump will participate in a farewell ceremony, visit the Japanese warship JS Kaga, and visit the U.S.S. Wasp where the president will deliver a Memorial Day address.
President and Mrs. Trump are on a 3-day State visit to Japan during which he will be the first foreign leader to meet Japan’s new Emperor and the first U.S. president in modern history to set foot upon a Japanese warship.
This is President Trump’s second trip to Japan since becoming president and he has another trip to the area planned in June.
