Rep. Adam Schiff, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, begins holding public hearings on Wednesday into President Donald Trump’s phone call with Ukraine President Zelensky.
The full, unredacted, transcript of the call has been released for anyone to read, impeachment proceedings have to begin in the House Judiciary Committee (not the Intel committee) and Schiff is not allowing Republicans to call witnesses or issue subpoenas. But otherwise, this is completely a real impeachment inquiry, not a ridiculous sideshow, or whatever.
