CNN host Christiane Amanpour interviewed Ukrainian Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko in hopes of confirming Democrats’ and Lev Parnas’ assertions that President Trump attempted to blackmail Ukraine’s president.
Despite her best efforts, Minister Prystaiko instead destroyed what little credibility Parnas has left and blown up the Democrats’ entire basis for impeachment.
“He [Parnas] is now trying to save his own case,” Prystaiko said alluding to Parnas’ criminal trial. “Again, I don’t trust what he is saying.”
The foreign minister also said that there was never any requirement mentioned to receive the U.S. foreign aid.
“It was never mentioned that we had to do something,” he said.
I guess we now know why the media has avoided actually talking to Ukrainian officials: they’ll just refute every single one of the false accusations made by the whistleblower, Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler, Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer and Lev Parnas. Every … single … one.
