U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo hold a press briefing to update the media on sanctions against Iran and other events of the day.
During an announcement Thursday, President Trump said that he had finalized sanctions that day and that an announcement would be coming very soon.
The sanctions are in response to Iran’s missile attack this week against Iraqi bases that house American troops.
The briefing is scheduled to start at 10:45 a.m. EST.
