Madam Speaker, Tear Down This Wall!

Our United States Capitol Building, The People’s House, is surrounded like an armed encampment. Sine the demonstration and attack on the Capitol by a group of out of control citizens on January 6th, Nancy Pelosi has had the Capitol under lockdown and guarded by National Guard troops. “Between COVID … and all the president’s men out there, we have to ensure with our security that we are safe enough to do our job but not impeding,” she said last week.

In a bold and powerful video, Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert of Colorado called out House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for her hypocrisy about walls.

Representative Boebert is new to Congress and so far she is a bright new face for the Republican Party. Let’s hope she stays strong and doesn’t get assimilated into the swamp.

Pelosi, Biden, Schumer….let’s just say every Democrat has spoken out against the building of a wall on our Southern Border and in one of his first acts as President, Joe Biden halted all construction of the wall being built by Trump, a wall that was working. That act has led to historic levels of illegal border crossings and a full blown crisis at our border with Mexico. But in Washington, the Dems are singing a totally different song. A wire fence complete with concertina wire top now surrounds the Nations Capitol and is supported with National Guard troops. The security of the Capitol falls under the House of Representatives and ultimately, Nancy Pelosi….welcome to Fort Pelosi. What used to be the symbol of Democracy and our Legislative Branch is now a fortified stronghold. The Democrats have no interest in protecting the American people from the flow of illegal immigrants, drugs, guns and gangs from Central America but dammit, nothing is going to get to them as they go about their “work for the people” in D.C.

The hypocrisy goes beyond belief. It is difficult to stay objective and not let anger take over. We are bombarded daily with lies and mistruths from Democrats and a facade of a media lapping it all up with bobbing heads. How do we escape this disaster? Do we need to experience a total collapse before we realize that the Dems are taking us down a dangerous path.

We have had two great conservative Presidents in my lifetime and both have a connection to walls. Ronald Reagan helped to end the Cold War with strength and the words, Tear down this wall, he said of the Berlin Wall….it came down. Donald Trump promised us a wall to help secure our Southern Border and he delivered. Now we have Joe Biden tearing down that wall destroying our sovereignty and Nancy Pelosi building a wall in D.C. This is a vivid example of which party loves and wants to protect this country and which has no concern for us but will keep themselves safe at any cost. The wall around the Capitol is embarrassing. The treatment of the National Guard in Washington is embarrassing and costly. There is no threat. There has not been a threat since the protest on January 6th but it serves Nancy well to keep the wall up, not as a protection but as a reminder of who is in charge. Nancy is in charge of Fort Pelosi and wants to control all of us too. It has to stop….Now!
