The first Matrix movie is coming screens big and small after an 18-year hiatus. Co-written and directed by Lana Wachowski, originally of the Wachowski brothers who invented the science fiction hits, the movie appears to center on a blue-pilled Neo (Keanu Reeves) and the process to awaken him.
Matrix: Resurrections will release in theaters and on HBO Max on December 22, 2021.
