Candace Owens dismantles Biden’s Build Back Better plan

Candace Ownes absolutely dismantled Joe Biden’s Build Back Better plan in her most recent episode. The episode aired on Tuesday night on The Daily Wire.

Owens opened her show speaking about a speech that Lyndon B Johnson gave at Howard University in 1964. In the commencement speech, President Johnson shared that simply freeing Black Americans was not enough. He argued for social welfare programs and said that White Americans were responsible for the bill.

And foot the bill they have. Owens shares how trillions have been spent on social welfare programs, yet Black Americans are poorer today than they have ever been.

Candace then proceeds to compare the government’s actions following Johnson’s speech to that of Joe Biden. She shared that we continue to hear the plan regarding Build Back Better, a $3.5 trillion plan that Biden has asked Congress to pass.

She compared how LBJ argued for more than just freedom for Blacks and compared that to how Biden says that simply being out of the pandemic is not enough. She shares that opportunity is simply not enough. That Biden and the radical left want to provide social welfare programs as an argument to eliminate the scars of COVID.

Biden and the radical left continue to argue that the plan will cost Americans nothing. Except there’s just one problem, the $3.5 trillion dollar price tag.

Owens shares how the radical left continues to peddle the lie that rich people are not paying their share. But she shares how the top 10% of earners pay 71% of all income taxes that are paid.

She continues by sharing former President Woodrow Wilson thought that taxing the rich would help solve the problems in the economy. Instead, attempting to tax the rich caused the rich to stop spending money and revenues for the government to fall. She shares that this has been proven time and again throughout history.

Candace shares that Joe Biden is pretending to care about the American public through his attempts to give away welfare programs, but it’s just a cover. She shares that its simply an attempt by the radical left to extend brainwashing programs and attempts to indoctrinate youth from the earliest possible moment.
