‘Rich Men North of Richmond’: Amazing Working Man Song Takes the Country by Storm

A song has become the most listened-to track in the world over the past 24 hours and it’s not from Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, Jason Aldean, or any other world-famous entertainer you may have heard of. And, it’s a great fricken’ song.

Oliver Anthony (@AintGottaDollar) struck a chord (see what I did there?) with his new song for the working man entitled “Rich Men North of Richmond” in which he rightfully lashes out at D.C. politicians who are only enriching themselves while the rest of us work too hard for money that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

If this song doesn’t hit home for you as groceries, gas, utilities and everything else get more expensive (it’s actually that your money is getting less useful), then you are likely one of those rich men north of Richmond that Oliver is singing about.
