President Joe Biden will receive the daily briefing in the morning. In the evening, he will deliver a speech hoping to tie assistance for Israel to money for Ukraine. Americans widely support helping Israel after it was brutally attacked by Iranian-funded Hamas terrorists, but continuing to dump billions into Ukraine is not.
