President Joe Biden will start his day at the crack of 1 p.m. by delivering a speech supporting adults who borrowed money for college and want to dump that debt onto taxpayers who didn’t sign up for those loans. Then, he will receive the daily briefing. There is nothing else on his schedule for Wednesday.
