Joe Biden is a lame-duck president, and some would say that he has never been an acting president. For four years, we have watched in horror as our President mentally declined and was obviously not capable of being our Commander in Chief. Democrats would never admit that they saw Biden in the same light as those on the Right until The Coup. The Coup was when the Democrats convinced Biden to step down and make room for Kamala Harris to run. Biden went along with the Party but showed on many occasions that he was not Okay with the plan and was doing his best to subvert Kamala’s campaign. So, as a one-and-done president with the lowest approval rating since Jimmy Carter, what right does he have to be touring the world writing checks with strings of zeros? For example, Biden was in Angola and pledged $600 million to fund a multi-country rail project. If this were not so serious, it would be comical.
A freight train derailed in East Palestine, Ohio, United States, on February 3, 2023. It took weeks before Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg visited the site and a year before Biden made the trip. People living in East Palestine lost everything as their land and water supplies were chemically destroyed. Those who stay are now guinea pigs, used to measure the long-term effects of the contamination. These innocent victims have been given a pittance and will struggle to rebuild their lives, unsure of whether cancer will rear its ugly head in their lives. Somehow, the President of the United States is prioritizing the people of Angola over the Americans of East Palestine. The sin of these people is they voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump in 2020. A bizarre line from Biden, as he announced the grant, was that the future would go through Angola, and America wanted to be its partner. No, Joe, I have no interest in partnering with Angola.
In July, the Gulf Coast of Florida was hit with two hurricanes in seven days. People’s homes and businesses are now empty lots. Joe Biden’s FEMA was found to be skipping over properties that displayed Trump signage when they were evaluating aid. I can say with certainty that these people could not care less for Angola, but Joe does.
We are heading towards the frigid temperatures of winter in North Carolina, and some of the victims of the same hurricanes that hit Florida are still living in tents, their homes thoroughly washed away. Americans are generous people, but I am sure these people would like to be living in a home before our tax dollars go towards a train network in Angola. Talk about deaf and blind to the pulse of America, but maybe you must have a pulse before you can sense one.
Joe Biden should be forced to surrender the keys to Air Force I for the duration of his term. And while we are at it, take the checkbook away, too.
