The Left has a problem legislating but excels at litigating. Democrats refuse to cooperate in the Trump administration’s initiatives but have gotten activist judges to impose 64 injunctions against the White House and team. The Judicial Branch of the government is tasked with interpreting the laws and ensuring that they are applied fairly and consistently. It can also declare laws unconstitutional. The problem begins when the branch that is supposed to focus on mediation becomes obsessed with activism. Regardless of the level, State, Federal, or Supreme, the judges are supposed to be guided solely by the written word of our Constitution. When the judges begin to interpret the “meaning” of the Constitution as seen through their ideological filter, they are no longer operating as the blind justice of Lady Liberty but as the tainted justice of their Party. This is not a unique problem on the Left. Some courts can lean Left or Right, and some contend that our current Supreme Court is an arm of the Republican Party. I believe that judges who are considered conservative are those who can read the Constitution without interpreting what is between the lines.
The Ninth Circuit has always been considered the most liberal of the Judicial branch and is a favorite spot for the ACLU to hang out. The ACLU was born to protect the rights and liberties of American citizens against entities, both governmental and private, that infringed on or restricted those God-given rights. Unfortunately, over time, the ACLU lost sight of its mission and became an arm of the Left. They now pick and choose the situations where they can influence the outcome in a progressive manner. The ACLU’s stand on the deportation of dangerous illegals from our country by the Trump administration indicates a name change may be in order. The ACLU has morphed into the ICLU, the International Civil Liberties Union.

Reading through the site is like a WOKE handbook, but the first line indicates what may be the core of the problem. Americans has been expanded to All People. I agree that all people have God-given rights, but not all people have the same rights as citizens within our boundaries. If someone is in America illegally and wants to do us harm, they have no rights. Not only are they not, nor do they claim to be American. They are part of the enemy that has invaded us over the last four years. These people who are infringing on our rights by traumatizing our neighborhoods do not deserve civil liberties. These people who are assaulting, raping, or killing Americans do not deserve civil liberties. These people who have come here not to enjoy the fruits and opportunities that America offers but to pillage the country and its people for their heinous purposes deserve one thing: a ticket out. I do not see this belief as open to debate.
