Where Was The Rule Of Law On The Way In

For four years, Americans demanded the border be closed, and Democrats responded with the claim that the border was secure and it was the broken immigration laws to blame. Millions of illegal migrants flowed across our border, and enough Fentanyl was brought into our country to kill every citizen twice over. The Right screamed for the insanity to stop, and the Left sat on their hands and said that we were exaggerating the situation. For four years, the Biden administration ignored the rule of law and was supported by all Democrats.

Then came November 5th and the election of Donald Trump. Trump campaigned on many promises, including the closing of the border and the deportation of any criminal who came into our country illegally and is a threat to our country. Biden said the border could not be effectively closed, and again, Trump proved him wrong. The flow of illegals coming to America had been reduced by 95% in the first month of Trump’s second term, and the deportations started immediately. With the cooperation of Secretary Kristy Noem, FBI Director Kashmir Patel, and Border Watchdog Tom Homan, terrorists, gang members, and illegals known to have committed crimes here or in their home country are being rounded up and put on planes out of the country. This deportation of criminals in our land illegally is setting the Left on fire, and they are finding the judges to back them and put up barriers to stop Trump’s actions.

The Democrats are turning their backs on the safety of Americans, which is one of their primary functions, and huddling together to support the rights of these deported criminals, even calling for them to be returned to America. You cannot make this story up.

One illegal in particular has become the Democrat poster child for the unjust and unlawful actions of Donald Trump. Abrego-Garcia is an illegal alien from Maryland who was apprehended by authorities when several members of MS-13 were taken into custody. All of these members were deported to El Salvador and imprisoned. The family of Abrego-Garcia claims he was arrested erroneously and has never been affiliated with MS-13. Of course, this has caused the Democrats to go apoplectic and rise in support of Abrego-Garci. Two court rulings in his past have determined he was affiliated, and there were outstanding deportation orders. His wife now claims she was the victim of spousal abuse at the hands of Garcia. None of this information has stopped the Democrats, media, or liberal courts from insisting on his return to the United States. Senator Van Hollen (D-MD), considered a candidate for president in 2028, has made his return a personal mission, including a trip to El Salvador to see Garcia and try for his release. Van Hollen returned empty-handed but is making the rounds of every talk show on mainstream media. Over 80% of Americans are in favor of deporting illegal criminals, but that does not stop the enraged Democrats from protesting Trump’s actions and supporting the “rights” of these criminal aliens to due process.

The Right hopes the Left continues their foolish crusade, and the RNC has offered to pay for any Democrats who want to go to Central America and show their support for illegal gang members and terrorists who have been deported without a hearing. The Right contends that these millions of illegals were let into our country without a hearing, and they should get the same on their way back out of our country. Should the courts persist in due process, it will take years to hear every deportee’s case and at great expense for America. That is insane, both in theory and cost. Round them up and ship them out. If they have a legitimate reason to be in America, they can come back through the front door. Joe Biden and the Democrats made this mess. We on the Right are trying to clean it up.
