Minneapolis Owns the Recipe for Disaster

We saw the worst of Minneapolis during the George Floyd riots and the destruction of the downtown area in the Summer of 2020, the so-called Summer of Love. Take equal parts of an oppressed minority (that was the Black community in 2020), add extreme government ineptitude, stir in the rhetoric of a failed Governor, and a dash of a mayor who resorts to four-letter expletives to describe Federal authorities. Finally, glaze it with an enraged population fueled by the words and actions of their elected officials. Minnesotans baked this cake nearly six years ago, and much of Minneapolis is yet to be rebuilt. Still, the people of Minneapolis appear to be ready to bake another cake, except this version will be made with a subset of African-Americans – Somali immigrants. The result will be the same. On Wednesday, this situation suffered a fatality as a female protester allegedly weaponized her vehicle and attempted to run down ICE officers when she was shot and killed by one of the threatened agents. By the way, this Minneapolis baked delight is called the Sanctuary Layer Cake, because this unrest would not have happened if one of the Twin Cities were not a sanctuary city. Minneapolis specifically, and Minnesota in general, was hoodwinked by Black Lives Matter in 2020, and is now suffering the same fate with the Somalis in the Winter of 2026.

The combustion point that brought these protests and unrest to Minneapolis is the massive Somali Fraud fiasco that we have been watching unfold for the last couple of months. However, we now have evidence that it has been evolving for over a decade. It is believed that billions, if not a trillion dollars, have been stolen from the state and federal coffers and funneled to terrorist gangs in Somalia and the pockets of a few of the Somali leaders here in the States. It is evident to anyone with an ounce of logic that those in charge of Minnesota, Walz, Frey, and Ellison are as guilty as the Somalis. Hence, Trump and the DOJ had no choice but to send in Federal help to get a grip on this scandal and recover some of the stolen money. These politicians do not want anyone involved who might sort out the mess and probably implicate the corrupt politicians, so they are going on the offensive. They are using the media to stir up the people and to place blame on the protests and unrest on Trump.

Minnesota and its political machine are a mess. Ironically, the citizens appear to be unfazed by the massive theft of tax dollars. Still, they are willing to take to the streets and throw snowballs at ICE agents, and lose their lives when weaponizing their vehicles and attempting to run down those agents. They are doing this to show support for the Somali community, which now has a stranglehold on the politicians. The Somalis are able to skirt the law by threatening to cry racism against anyone who gets in their way. This fear shows that the politicians, if not complicit in the scheme, are cowards to face the truth. The Federal government is the only hope Minnesota has to recover from this decade of fraud. Walz will not be the only victim of their actions, but we saw that while he was campaigning in 2024, he has no backbone and would fold like a cheap suit. Be patient, the others will follow his lead.
