President Donald Trump will have executive time, swear-in the new chairman of the Federal Reserve, and travel to New York to deliver a speech.

In a last-minute change of plans, the president has canceled his planned Memrial Day weekend trip to Bedminster and, instead, will be staying at the White House for the holiday.
