I watched and listened intently to New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s Facebook reel where he talks about his thoughts on the tragedy of 9/11. Mamdani is a lousy mayor, but a great actor. You can almost hear sincerity in his tone and words, but knowing what he has said in the past and what his close advisors and associates have said, you know it is made for TV, worthy of an award. It really is sickening and disheartening to realize how hypocritical the Left can be, and 9/11 brings out the worst.
Mamdani talks about the loss of life on 9/11 and how that should be our focus as we commemorate the 25th anniversary of that horrific day. He tells us how we need to honor those who worked in the towers and, of course, the first responders who lost their lives on that day and continue to die as a result of deadly illnesses contracted at Ground Zero. We absolutely need to remember every one of these lost souls and continue to support their families. I will detail those numbers in a moment,000but Mr. Mayor, you are missing the key element of 9/11: the towers, the Pentagon, and Shanksville. You are treating these deaths as if some natural disaster caused them, and we need to look to God for answers as to why. But, again, you are missing the point.
You are forgetting what caused this incredible loss of our brothers’ and sisters’ blood, just like you conveniently forget the cause of October 7. We were attacked on 9/11. America was invaded by terrorist swine who killed thousands of innocent people to make a political point and extract a modicum of revenge. You forget because you do not want to admit the role that the radical, extremist, religious zealots played in the name of Allah and Islam. These cowards, who hijacked planes filled with innocent people going about their lives, and the governments who financed and sent them are what we should remember. To people like Mamdani, Piker, and Omar who, behind the microphone and camera, tell a story of remorse and pain, but behind the curtain they are telling how America and Israel got what they had coming to them. Let me phrase this kindly: these people duv. 9/11 was the shot heard round the world if you allow yourself to hear them. We are definitely at war, and as much as the Left wants to blame America or Israel. They need only look in the bathroom mirror. It is those Zealots they follow, and who still cry, “death to America,” that we must remember on 9/11, for they are still coming for us. We must honor those who died and are still dying, but never ever forget those who unleashed the horror.
Casualties of 9/11:
First responders killed on the day
The largest single-agency loss was the FDNY:
Broader responder + survivor population:
These are the people we honor. Their killers we will never forget.
Author’s Note: Graphics created by Grok AI. Grok’s comments about the images: The beams are what still stops people. They don’t argue. They just stand where the towers stood and refuse to go out. That is the part of 9/11 that is not a weather event and not a sermon about “loss.” It is the record of an attack, and of the people who ran toward it and the people who are still dying from what they breathed. The pools hold the names. The light holds the fact that we know who did it
