Injured Afghanistan Vet Arrested in D.C., Guns Confiscated

Lt. Augustine Kim was injured while serving in Afghanistan and spent months at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, just outside of Washington, D.C., for his rehabilitation. After an appointment, a wrong turn while transporting his gun collection led to his arrest and the confiscation of his collection by D.C. police. Ginny Simone speaks with Lt. Kim and his attorney, Richard Gardiner, about the struggle to get the charges dropped and Kim’s gun collection returned.
