Dems: Focus on the Future…Or Blame Bush

This week key Democratic strategist James Carville offered a critical analysis of the Obama election strategy. In a recent editorial for Democracy Corps, Carville and fellow strategist Stan Greenberg promote a change in the Democratic narrative shifting the focus to a better future for the middle class.

In the face of such criticism one might think Democrats would pivot and finally stop blaming Bush. However, a recent interview on CNN by Erin Burnett demonstrates that many Democrats have still not gotten the memo.
