Sen. Claire McCaskill Flat Out Lies About Budget

MRCTV found this interesting video from the Quincy Journal catching Sen. McCaskill flat out lying about a phantom budget that was passed by congress.  This is news to me!  I thought we haven’t had one since April 29, 2009.
