Obama: Deaf Dumb And Blind

Who is running the country? What kind of President do we have? Does anyone know? It has been obvious to me for the past five years that we have a President who enjoys the perks of the job, but does not like doing the job; he is in way over his head. Obama was in the dark about the IRS scandal, claiming to find out about the news at the same time as the rest of us. He said the same thing about the Fast & Furious ATF gun-running scandal and the time when a low-flying plane freaked out everyone in New York City. In addition, Jay Carney admitted that’s the same way Obama found out about the Justice Department seizing AP phone records. I have to ask this question, what the hell does our President know?  Even Jon Stewart famously said, “I wouldn’t be surprised if President Obama learned Osama bin Laden had been killed when he saw himself announce it on television.” Hello, earth to Obama.

Am I the only one who believes that Obama was in on the IRS enemies list from the beginning? He told us from day one his plan was to “fundamentally transform America,” and that is exactly what he is trying to do and he does not care how he gets it done, even breaking the law if necessary. There is no doubt in my mind that history will prove Obama’s administration to be one of the most corrupt and deceitful, if you believe that Obama knew nothing about any of those scandals, then you must also believe in Santa Clause.

Everyday we sit and watch Jay Carney dance and squirm around every question that is asked and we are asked to believe that the head of the IRS visited the White House 157 times and never talked about attacking Conservatives, when under the Bush administration the head of the IRS visited the President once. I don’t know, I don’t recall, that’s not my department, I don’t remember what I said, I don’t remember who I saw, I have no recollection of that, that’s not my responsibility, I went to the Easter egg roll with my kids, that is the only kind of answers you get out of this administration.

One by one, we will start to watch them drop; Eric Holder will be the first one to go, than one by one all the way up to the President. As if to call the American people stupid, Obama wants Holder to investigate himself, “I am troubled by the possibility that leak investigations may chill the investigative journalism that holds government accountable,” “I have raised these issues with the attorney general, who shares my concern. So he has agreed to review existing Department of Justice guidelines governing investigations that involve reporters, and will convene a group of media organizations to hear their concerns as part of that review. And I have directed the attorney general to report back to me by July 12.” Is he kidding? Maybe we should let Obama investigate himself as well. I seem to remember Richard Nixon saying he knew nothing about the Water-Gate break in, and look what happened to him. I guess Obama believes what Richard Nixon believes, when he said, “When the president does it that means that it is not illegal.”

Senator Rand Paul said it best last week when he said, “We have sort of an ‘Old MacDonald Farm’ of scandals—here a scandal, there a scandal, everywhere a scandal,” “We’re not sure which scandal to even talk about.” Paul noted, referring to the fallout from the Benghazi consulate attack, the targeting of journalists and DOJ seizure of media phone records, and the potentially illegal targeting of patriot groups and Tea Party organizations by the IRS. Responding to Obama’s national security address from the National Defense University at Fort McNair in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, Paul described it as “a misdirection campaign,” noting that it amounted to a failed attempt to downplay the severity of the mire that the administration is in, he also said, “I don’t think this will work because he is putting off really the ultimate reckoning.”

Make no mistake about it, the ultimate reckoning is surely coming, we can only hope it will come in time to stop Obama’s transformation of America.
