So exactly what kinds of jobs are people actually finding these days? [chart]

An estimated 589,000 jobs were created in the first three months of 2016 – an accomplishment the Obama administration and liberal analysts tout. Just what kinds of jobs were created should have them rethinking that self-praise.

Here’s a visual breakdown of the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) private sector job growth data for Q1 2016.

Jobs are jobs right? Not exactly. The food and retail jobs are largely low-wage jobs where average salaries range from $20k to $32k annually. The manufacturing jobs that have steadily been pushed overseas by over-regulation and the highest corporate taxes in the world yield much higher average salaries ($56,244.)

There have been recoveries where jobs did not materialize – so-called jobless recoveries. This year, it looks like the U.S. is experiencing a jobful non-recovery.
